I Have Found the Secret to Healing In My Life
This has to be the Lord because I battle worry when it comes to my health. But lately I have discovered when I'm at the doctor's office, I find myself thinking about what the Lord has next for me to do for Him. This takes me out of the doctor's office and into my future. It's like I'm not here anymore in my present health problems. At that moment, I'm no longer living just for today but for my God given tomorrows. As I move into my God
given future, every cell in my body gets excited about what God has planned for me.
As I get excited about my future, I believe my body gets in line for it. As God shows me my future, it must mean I am going to be healthy enough to do what He is showing me. I then start thinking about a good doctor's report and it happens.
I am discovering that my health is getting better by thinking this way. It's the Lord renewing my mind. Of course, diet and exercise are helping too but I can't help wonder how much of our lives are influenced by the way we think.
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." Philippians 4:8 (KJV)
God Is At Work...
