The Power Of A Closed Bible
Dear Friends, I have heard several testimonies of sick people who had all kinds of prayer, but nothing changed. One woman testified after becoming so desperate, "Every night as I lay down in bed, I would take my Bible and lay it on my chest." She said it wasn't long until her sickness was gone. It made me wonder, if a closed Bible can do that, what can an open Bible do?
"Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out
of Your law." Psalm 119:18 (AMP)
Dear Prayer Warriors, The gross darkness increasing upon the earth is actually causing us to shine brighter, lighting up the world, as we draw closer
to Jesus. I saw a movie recently where a plane miraculously survived an electric storm that knocked out it's power, losing connection with help from the ground. They desperately needed a place to land quickly, as the pilot was trying to manually control the helpless aircraft, announcing to the passengers, "Stay calm!" The concerned co-pilot asked the pilot, "How are we going to do this?" The pilot responded, "One minute at a time."
Those words resonate strongly in my Spirit as I write this. You may be wondering, "How are we going to make it through this non-stop turbulence?" Listen, we are going to make a safe landing also inspite of everything, because I hear our pilot Jesus, saying, "Stay calm. Remember, it's 'one minute at a time.' Stay focused on Me."
