Dear Friends,
 

I have been sensing an urgency to move us into a one-level house. Currently our only bathroom is upstairs, but because of Dagmar's brain bleed on Christmas Eve, it's risky if she would fall on the stairs.

We wanted to update you concerning a one-level house that we put a bid on a few days ago. It's clean, livable as is, and we don't have to put money into fixing it it up. The house seems to fit our needs perfectly. The bids were evaluated today. There were 9 bids and a couple of cash offers, and we still got the house! Our buyer's agent, whom we have never met, seemed like one of those persons you have known all your life. When she called to tell us we got the house, she said, "When I met you people, I felt you were special. I have been praying for you that you would get this house." I believe there are angels at work among us on this move. 

My son-in-law, who knows alot about houses, believes it's a great move for us. The house is in a location central to everything we need, yet has its privacy. If you have been blessed by our ministry and are able to help us at this time that would be wonderful. You can help by sending a check in my name, Bill Yount ( not my ministry name ). Finances from my ministry account cannot be used toward our mortgage payment. This step of faith, the largest we've ever taken, reminds me of how we stepped out of the boat to walk on water with our first home 19 years ago. With this one the waves are higher, yet I know He's there with His hand extended.
