Thank you for praying for the sale of our house. The morning came last week when we needed to choose the best bid. Earlier that day, the Lord began to speak to me. He showed me that not only was He looking out for our welfare, but also for the other people who had made bids on our house. He wanted to bless everyone. We mentioned in our last newsletter that we sensed there might be a young couple who
was praying for a place to live like we were many years ago. We especially wanted someone who would be a good influence in our neighborhood. There were five similar bids.
As we sat down with the realtor to choose which bid we would choose, she said, "Just this morning, one of the bidders increased their bid slightly." "Slightly" became the top bid.. Interestingly, this bidder just happened to be an associate pastor
with a wife and small child. We had never met, but we were thrilled that they were the top bidders, and they were also. We were reminded of the scripture: "From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands." Acts 17:26 (NIV).
We are now under contract. It seems like the perfect answer to your prayers and
