Running Towards The Storm!
I recently learned that buffaloes have a unique God given instinct. When they sense a storm approaching, they turn and face the storm and start
running towards it, then into it and then through it. By charging the storm they overcome it sooner. Cattle, on the other hand, are afraid of storms and running away from it, end up running with it, prolonging the distress of it.
Contrary to our human instincts, running into our storms, confronting them as the buffaloes do, causes them to be shorter and puts that storm behind us. Be a buffalo and charge your storm!

After my yearly doctor's checkup yesterday he said, "You are 75 years old but your blood work and tests show that you are 60 years
