Ageless Prophetic Warning!
I sense the Lord speaking this to me: "Plan now to forgive the next person who will offend you, because there will be one, and after that another one, until I come." One of the most pointed prophetic
warnings given to us is from Jesus Himself, "Offenses will come!..." Luke 17:1 (KJV) "Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come..." ( sounds like a guaranteed promise! ) So why are we surprised? Why do we fall apart when this happens? It sounds like a normal part of the Christian life.
I am now practicing in advance for the next person who will offend me. "I knew you were coming, because Jesus told me so. I've been
waiting for you. Come on in. Let me love you like Jesus loves me, and keeps on forgiving me! In fact, if you stay around me long enough I may offend you, so we'll be even."
"But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 (NKJV)
** I'm convinced without your prayers we would go nowhere, be speechless and
consider a plan B. But we are amazed to hear that many of you tell us that you pray for us daily. This makes it so much easier. Thank you!
